Start fishing time will be 6:30 am for both Saturday and Sunday.  You will receive a text to start fishing.  Please do not start fishing until you receive the text or your phone is showing 6:30.

The first 200 rods were gone on 11/02/17.   All entries prior to 12:52 pm central time on November 2nd will receive a rod.

You may enter yourself in the text system for this event by texting the word blueridge to the number 25827.  We will enter your number in the system but some carriers block these type of messages so by entering yourself, this will prevent the chance of being blocked.  Also if you have previously opted out of our system, you will have to put yourself back in the system by texting the above keyword.  If you opt out we cannot put you back in the system.

If you have previously registered/paid online then you have an official entry into the tournament and are NOT required to attend the registration on Friday.  Friday's registration is ONLY for anglers who have not already entered/paid for the tournament. *If you qualified to receive an early online entry rod (see below).

Start Time:  

Due to the varying times of year that we host our tournaments, we will notify everyone of the start time on the Friday before the tournament.  We will notify you via text message and/or email. Start time (first cast) for each tournament will be safe light and set by the tournament director. You may launch and be on the water but you may not begin fishing until we notify you of first cast. Please do not call our offices related to start time. 

Weigh in Times: 

8-9am, 9-10am, 10-11am, 11am-12pm, 12-1pm, 1-2pm, 2-3pm.

Early entry promo rods may be picked up at Friday registration sites or after 3pm each day of the tournament. Please do not call our offices related to early entry rods. There is a rod counter at the top of each event page. Rods are gone when counter shows zero. We will post the date the counter goes to zero on the site. *Your co-angler may pick up your rod for you if you're unable to be present.  

Grand Prize:

The 2018 NITRO Z19 is rigged with a Mercury® 150HP outboard, Minn Kota® trolling motor, Humminbird® Helix 7 fishfinder, genuine NITRO ratchet cover and a custom, factory-matched tandem axle trailer with GALVASHIELD® corrosion protection.

THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER will have the option to select an alternate boat, motor and trailer package from the Tahoe, Sun Tracker, or Tracker boat lines. The model and options selected must be of equal or lesser value than the guaranteed grand prize total of $36,000.00. If the grand prize winner selects a boat of lesser value they will forfeit the difference in total retail value including dealer prep and freight and not be entitled to additional compensation. If alternate boat is selected, please allow 8-10 weeks for build.
